We are looking for a Maritime Officer or SWK with minimum certification up to 3000 GT and power less than 3000kW (VII/2 minimum for CoC). Do you have the required certification and have a vast experience on tugboats or multicats, respond swiftly.
Job description:
As a maritime officer, you are responsible for both bridge and engine room duties on a day to day basis. Supporting the master and independently maneuvering the vessel will be part of your daily routine. You will also maintain communication with our office regarding maintenance requirements, or any technical issues. Safety on-board is very important and you will oversee safety protocols throughout your shift. Challenging your skills in the engine room with planned maintenance or unexpected breakdowns belongs to your duties on board of the vessel.

The work of our vessels will mostly consist of the following activities:
- Anchor handling
- Towing or pushing
- Survey
- Supplying
- Offshore activities
- General Dredging assistance
- Diving support

Required qualifications and experience:
- Certificate of Competency with minimum maritime officer 3000 GT and <3000kW (VII/2)
- Valid CoC with Manilla amendments
- Radar Management level is a plus
- Basic Safety Training and Advanced Fire Fighting
- Valid medical examinations for sea-going vessels (according to Dutch Shipping Inspection)
- Experience with Shoalbuster and/or Multicats is preferred
- Passport to travel
